Floof & Beyond collects only the information needed to run a trusted pet discovery platform.

Users and businesses provide information voluntarily when they:

• Create an account
• List a business
• Upload photos or documents
• Contact providers
• Report listings
• Use search and filter tools

Approved listing data may become public, including the business or service name, category, service areas, starting prices, selected features, photos, FAQs, and contact CTAs.

Verification documents are private and:

• Used only for review and moderation
• Not publicly displayed
• Accessible only to authorized administrators
• May be deleted on valid request, subject to legal and business requirements

Floof & Beyond may track listing views, WhatsApp clicks, call clicks, report actions, and search/filter usage to improve listing quality, prevent misuse, understand demand, and support future business tools.

Cookies and analytics may be used for login sessions, security, performance, and platform improvement.

Users and businesses may request access to their data, correction of inaccurate data, listing updates, or deletion of an account or listing where applicable.

Users and businesses may request deletion. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.

We use authentication, role-based access, row-level security, private storage for verification documents, and admin-only moderation access.

Floof & Beyond may use service providers for hosting, database, storage, authentication, email, analytics, and security.
