Floof & Beyond is a discovery and listing platform. We are not the actual service provider. Services are provided by independent businesses and providers. Users must make their own decision before contacting or using a provider.

Floof & Beyond currently does not process bookings or payments. Users contact providers directly via WhatsApp or call. Any payment or service agreement is between the user and the provider.

Businesses agree to provide accurate information, upload relevant photos, provide correct pricing values, keep contact details updated, and not upload misleading, illegal, or irrelevant content.

Listings may be reviewed before going live. Floof & Beyond may approve, reject, suspend, edit visibility, or request changes. Verification does not guarantee service quality or safety — users should still ask questions before deciding.

Users should verify details directly with the provider and ask about safety, pricing, availability, vaccination, emergency support, and policies before using a service.

Providers are responsible for service quality, pet safety, pricing accuracy, legal compliance, licenses or registrations where applicable, and communication with customers.

Users can report wrong numbers, closed businesses, wrong pricing, unsafe listings, duplicate listings, or fake information. Floof & Beyond may review and take action but is not responsible for resolving private disputes.

Users and businesses must not submit fake listings, misuse contact details, scrape listings, upload harmful content, impersonate another business, or spam providers or users.

The Floof & Beyond brand, logo, design, content, and platform structure belong to Floof & Beyond unless otherwise stated.

Businesses confirm they have rights to uploaded photos and content and allow Floof & Beyond to display them on the platform.

Floof & Beyond is not liable for loss, injury, pet health issues, disputes, payments, or service outcomes arising from third-party providers. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis.
