Approved business listing information may be publicly visible, including the business or service name, category, service areas, starting prices, photos, FAQs, selected features, and contact CTAs.

Verification documents are used only for internal review and moderation. They are not publicly displayed and are accessible only to authorized administrators.

Floof & Beyond may track listing views, WhatsApp clicks, call clicks, reports, and search/filter actions to improve platform quality and prevent misuse. Business insights may be introduced later.

We may use basic cookies and analytics for login sessions, security, performance, and general usage analytics.

Floof & Beyond does not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with service providers needed to run the platform — hosting, database, storage, analytics, email, and security tools — or where required by law.

Users may request correction, deletion, account removal, listing removal, or contact updates by writing to us.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system is 100% secure.

The platform is intended for adults — pet parents and business owners — and is not directed at children.
